Threaded SMS is here at last!

Windows Mobile 6.1 has been floating around the deepest corners of the interweb for a while already, but today, Microsoft decided to make official the update to its Windows Mobile software.

Robbie Bach, president of the Entertainment and Devices Division at Microsoft, said:

"People want a single phone that’s flexible enough to meet their needs throughout their day, whether it’s connecting to work or your everyday life. The innovations we’ve added to our Windows Mobile software ultimately make it easier to manage your world."

With that aside however, Windows Mobile 6.1 is essentially just a small upgrade. If you're looking for a huge overhaul, you'll be left waiting for Windows Mobile 7.
