The credit crunch might be causing buyers to second-think most purchases, and analysts are already predicting a huge slump in Christmas sales later this year, but that isn't likely to deter most parents.
The Toy Retailers Association, too, is remaining optimistic and has published its annual list of "Dream Toys". The 12-product list is widely regarded as one of the most accurate predictions of Christmas best-sellers, and the toys to be featured may well be hard to come by this holiday season.
