Remember the Gates and Seinfeld advertisements that didn't make a whole lot of sense but were still fun to watch in a geeky sort of way? Well, Microsoft followed those up with the "I'm a PC" campaign back in September.

The I'm a PC series, enjoyed by nearly everyone but Apple, has now been expanded to showcase "The Rookies". According to Microsoft, this series will illustrate how easy it is to get things done in Windows, even if you're a computing Rookie.

The first Rookie ad, featuring four-and-a-half year old Kylie, made its debut at this week's Grammy ceremony and is embedded below.

Ads don't get much cuter than this, and though Kylie is on the fast-track to becoming as geeky as us, we're expecting Microsoft to deliver many more "I'm a PC" episodes in the build up to Windows 7.

Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaawwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww…. :D
Since when were Windows users in any way ‘geeky’? Sure, there's a minor subset of Windows developers out there that know more a lot more than the average user. But how is that any different than Mac users who diddle with OS X's BSD heritage and write applications for it?

These ad hominems are getting sillier with each ad coming from both companies.
Awwwwwwwwesome. And that cat picture is double awwwwwwwwwwwwesome.
