Panasonic’s 2006 DECT phone range

Providing the very latest in communications capabilities

Panasonic’s DECT phone range has continued to go from strength to strength since the introduction of the first model a decade ago. Constantly evolving in line with consumers changing needs - Panasonic is proud to provide stylish and innovative models that center on ease of use and convenience. Panasonic is committed to providing the consumer with choice, and with three new ranges to choose from (1000 series, 7000 series and 8000 series), offering varying features to meet individuals needs – you can be sure there is a model for everyone!

The 1000 series - simple and sophisticated
For those looking for a simple digital solution with all the features you need to enjoy effortless communication encompassed within an elegant, easy to use design – Panasonic’s new 1000 series has the answer. The KX-TG1100 is available in twin or triple packs enabling the handsets to be situated in the locations most convenient for you – whether this is the kitchen, living room or even the bedroom.

Style comes as standard with Panasonic’s new range of DECT phones and the KX-TG1100 is no exception. The slender handset is finished in eye-catching silver metallic paint with a matching base station. Slim and discreet, both the base station and the handset will compliment any room.

Designed with the user in mind, Panasonic has included a number of user-friendly features that add to the appeal of this model. With a 50 number phonebook, there’s ample room to store all your friends and families’ details – so you needn’t worry about forgetting Aunt Mary’s telephone number for example! For added convenience, the screen on the KX-TG1100 lights up when the phone is being used ensuring the information is easy to see whether it’s day and night. If this wasn’t enough, the base also rings in conjunction with the handset so you can rest assured calls won’t be missed. For example, if the handset is in a different room you may not hear the phone ringing – but with the base also ringing you can be sure you’ll never miss a call! The KX-TG1100 really is a phone that works with you.

The 7000 series – inherently user friendly
The KX-TG7100 features all of the benefits seen with the 1000 series, whilst going one step further to include a number of additional features to cater for those looking for that little bit more. With a speakerphone added to the mix – the KX-TG7100 is inherently user-friendly – ensuring users are not restricted by having to hold the handset. For example, users can confidently talk to their best friend whilst simultaneously doing the washing up without the need to balance the handset to your ear – a feature most welcome in today’s busy lifestyles.

Not only does the KX-TG7100 offer LCD backlight for ease-of-use, the keypad also lights up ensuring you can effortlessly navigate the menu and make calls even in darkened rooms. The menu itself is highly intuitive offering a simple operation for ease of use - with large, easy to read writing, the menu scrolls like a list and clearly displays your options.

In addition to the Base Ringer featured in the KX-TG1100, the KX-TG7100 also features Ringer LED on the handset that flashes when the phone is ringing. This means you can see as well as hear that the phone is ringing – perfect if you’re listening to loud music for example. To further add to its appeal, the Ringer LED colour can be changed to match the caller ID – for example, red for family, green for friends, and orange for business calls – so you can decide beforehand if you want to switch off your music to take the call!

The 7000 series also offers a model with a 20 minute TAM (KX-TG7120) for those looking to benefit from an answering machine. Ease of use has remained at the forefront of this model with the TAM key on the base - simply press the large play button and listen to your messages on the speakerphone. For your convenience there’s no need to lift your headset to retrieve your messages – unless of course you would prefer to for personal messages. The KX-TG7100 and KX-TG120 are available in twin or triple packs.

The 8000 series – for all your colourful communication needs

The KX-TG8100 offers a brighter digital solution presenting details such as phonebook entries in glorious colour. With a choice of 6 sreeensavers you can even personalise your phone and change the image according to your mood

The KX-TG8100 boasts all of the features enjoyed by both the 1000 and 7000 series - including handset speaker phone, LCD backlight and lighted keypad, ringer LED on handset and an internal phonebook that boasts an impressive 200 entries.

Heading up the style stakes, the KX-TG8100 is elegantly finished in eye-catching silver metallic paint. An understated black panel frames the screen to help make the text information stand out clearly and sharply. Sporting a matching, ergonomic base the KX-TG8100s fresh and inspiring design will bring style and sophistication to any home.
