Sky offers Ashes coverage on mobile, broadband and satellite

Coverage of England's forthcoming Ashes cricket tour to Australia will be available from Sky via mobile and broadband, as well as on the Sky Sports 1 satellite TV channel. Programming starts at 11.00pm on Wednesday 22nd November.

Sky Mobile TV will provide 3G customers of Vodafone, Orange and 3 with live coverage and daily highlights of each Test and of the Twenty20 matches and one-day internationals.

Qualifying Sky digital customers (read - those with Sky Sports subscriptions) will have free daily highlights of each day’s play accessible on broadband via http://www.skysports.com.

Satellite TV coverage will extend onto Sky Sports News, with match reports, interviews and press conferences. Prior to the first Test, Sky will also be broadcasting a programme looking back at the last Ashes' series, The Ashes 2005 – The Greatest Test Series Ever.

Commentators for the tour are expected to include Ian Botham, David Gower, Michael Atherton, Nasser Hussain, David Lloyd and Michael Holding.
