Keomo’s solar powered Bluetooth GPS receiver
Keomo’s Bluetooth GPS receiver makes cables a thing of the past
London, UK, March 27, 2007 – Widget UK Ltd, a leading supplier of mobile technology and accessories, today announced that it will be distributing Keomo’s Bluetooth solar powered GPS receiver in the UK.
This next generation Keomo Bluetooth GPS receiver is equipped with a high fidelity solar panel, through which the device automatically charges itself when capturing sunlight, making the device completely wireless, eradicating the need for charging cables.
The solar is powered by an excellent 16 channels Nemerix chipset which works just as well as existing powered receivers. In addition to this, the dual power mechanism (battery and solar energy) generates an amazing operating time of 100 hours straight.
The solar panel on the receiver is extremely sensitive, so once fully charged, it can be shut using the 360º rotating flap down front for protection, or in case you want to carry it around.

The new Keomo GPS receiver is sized: 59mm in length x 44.6mm in width x 21.7mm in depth, meaning that this receiver is half the size of a common credit card. Thanks to the SiRF 3 chipset this little giant has an operating time of 11 hours and 334 hours in standby mode.
Keomo Nemerix Bluetooth GPS receiver
A spectacular receiver styled in an exclusive housing with some tremendous new feature. Truly unique is the so called "Fuzzy auto on / off power saving mode"; once inside the car, the receiver automatically connects with your PDA / laptop and turns itself into sleeping mode when leaving the car (after about 30 sec.). Besides, the Keomo GPS receiver has the longest stand-by time of 360 hours, after being fully charged and an operating time of 30 hours straight.
